Welcome to the Walnut Creek Cycling Club!

The WCCC is a brand new cycling club for cyclists in or near Putnam County Indiana. I will start the club off, but hope to have elections in 2010 so that club officers can be elected. Since WCCC is just starting up and there isn't really any organization at the moment, there are no club dues. There also aren't, at the moment, any organized club rides. That's where you come in.
Step 1) Join the WCCC
Step 2) Get your friends to join the WCCC
Step 3) When we have a few members, we can have a meeting to discuss the best way to procede with the WCCC. I have some ideas, but I don't want this to be "Larry's Club"...it's for everyone in the area.
Step 4) Once our enrollment reaches 20 members, we should be about ready to hold elections for the officers.
Step 5) Ride!
If you are wondering who I am, my name is Larry and I own Covered Bridge Cyclery in Greencastle. Club members will, of course, get benefits through CBC.
If you're wondering....no, I won't be using the WCCC as a way to use your information for marketing. That's why I want to have elections as soon as possible; to remove any possible appearance of a conflict of interest. CBC will be just like any other sponsor shop...club members will get a discount, and there will be group rides leaving from the shop. There will also likely be classes on various topics.
